Banner Advertising Specifications:

• Deadlines: All advertising content must be submitted, web-ready, at least five (5) business days prior to publication date. All URLs must be supplied and active when content is submitted. Payment must be made five (5) business days or more in advance of publication date for all advertising.
• Product Description Specs: Images shall be submitted in GIF or JPEG format, 72 DPI resolution and 8 bit (256 colors). Content, including graphics, must be submitted in electronic format. A hard copy of the original text and graphics files should accompany the submission (fax copy acceptable).
• Location: Standard banner advertising is available along the top Title Bar of all First-, Second- and Third-Level pages. Skyscraper banner advertising is also available along the right-hand side of the site's home page.
• Dimensions: Standard large banner (470 x 60 pixels) or skyscraper (120 x 300 pixels).
• File Specs: 15 K maximum, white background, in GIF, animated GIF, or JPEG format.
• File Submission: File, including artwork, must be web-ready and submitted in electronic format.
• Duration of Banner Advertising Campaigns: One month (30 days).

General Conditions:

Supremus Group LLC., Publisher, holds Advertiser responsible for paying for all duly authorized advertising inserted on www.compliancehome.com. Publisher will not be bound by conditions appearing on insertion orders or copy instructions which conflict with the provisions of www.compliancehome.com as stated on this page.

No advertising campaign will begin unless a signed insertion order, advertising copy and graphics, and advance full payment for the month are received at the offices of the Publisher by the closing deadline (five business days prior to publication date).

Changes in advertising copy shall not be considered authorized by the Advertiser unless confirmation of such change, in writing, is received at the offices of the Publisher by the closing deadline. In the event copy changes are not properly confirmed in writing, Advertiser's most recent advertisement shall be run.

In the event all necessary advertising materials are not received at the offices of the Publisher no later than the closing deadline, Publisher cannot guarantee insertion of such advertisement(s).

Publisher shall not be responsible for claims made in advertisements, and Advertiser shall indemnify and hold Publisher harmless from liability of any kind arising from such claims, including reasonable attorney's fees and all other associated costs of litigation. All advertisements are subject to approval by the Publisher. Such approval shall be granted or withheld solely at the Publisher's absolute discretion.

The closing deadline for all advertising campaigns on www.compliancehome.com occurs five business days before the intended start of a campaign. Campaigns will start on the 1st day of a calendar month, and end one month (30 days) later. All advertising will be conducted on a monthly basis.

Advertisers who cancel during the first two weeks of a campaign will be reimbursed 50% of their billing costs for the month. Advertisers who cancel after the first two weeks of a campaign will not be reimbursed. Advertisers who cancel a campaign prior to the campaign closing date will receive 100% reimbursement for their advance bill payment. Any cancellation must be made in writing by an authorized representative of the Advertiser.

Supremus Group will not be liable for any failure to include advertising Content, or any delay in providing the Content; any typographical, linking, formatting or other error occurring in providing the Content; any claims or threatened claims relating to Content; the existence, nonexistence, functioning or nonfunctioning of any hypertext links provided through the Content; any material available through any hypertext links requested by Advertiser; and any interruption or unavailability of the Content as a result of technical difficulties, Acts of God or other events out of its control.

In the event of a continuous interruption or unavailability of the Content in excess of 24 hours, Advertiser must notify Supremus Group. Advertiser will be entitled to an extension of the campaign period by the amount of time equivalent to the time from Supremus ' receipt of such notice until resumption of normal services. This shall be Advertiser's sole remedy in such cases. Advertiser acknowledges that Supremus is relying on this limitation of liability and would be unwilling to enter into this Contract in the absence of such limitation.

Content Guidelines for Advertisers and Contributors

Publisher reserves the right to refuse to post, or to remove after posting, any Content which in its sole judgment is not in conformance with these Content Guidelines. However, Publisher has no duty to review the Content, and Advertiser/Contributor remains solely responsible for all Content at all times.

No content will be posted without the express permission of Advertiser or Contributor. Any self-published Content (i.e., forum postings, letters or email to the editor) will be presumed to have been reviewed and approved by the Contributor. All Content is subject to federal, state and local laws.

Content may not include any material that: is grossly offensive, including bigotry, racism, discrimination, hatred or profanity; is pornographic or obscene; is defamatory or libelous; results in an invasion of privacy; violates another's rights of publicity; promotes or provides instructional information about illegal activities or physical harm or injury to any group, individual, institution or property; or infringes on a proprietary interest of another, including but not limited to, copyrights, trademarks, servicemarks or patents.

Advertiser/Contributor may not use the Content for any purpose not expressly permitted in this Contract without first obtaining the express, written approval of the Publisher of www.compliancehome.com.
