AmbironTrustWave Acquires ReddShell Corporation; Deal enhances AmbironTrustWave's compliance management technology

(March 28, 2007)--AmbironTrustWave, provider of data security and compliance management solutions, has acquired ReddShell Corporation.

Established in 2003, ReddShell provides risk management and data security solutions that help companies and organizations secure business information in support of compliance with a variety of regulatory and industry requirements including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), Gramm-Leach-Bliley (GLBA), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) among others.

As a result of the acquisition, operations of ReddShell will be completely integrated into AmbironTrustWave's operations including the integration of ReddShell's ReddSECURE technology into the TrustKeeper(R) platform.

AmbironTrustWave will continue to offer the Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) application that enables organizations to consolidate the tracking and management of multiple regulatory requirements through a single interface, drastically reducing cost and time spent addressing compliance initiatives. RCM includes four basic features:

-- Framework Management: RCM allows organizations to utilize predefined published frameworks for all regulatory and industry standards such as SOX, HIPAA, GLBA, PCI DSS and ISO 17799 as well as manipulate or add custom frameworks. RCM also establishes relationships between different regulations and controls to efficiently manage the collection of information.

-- Project Management: RCM establishes the organizational hierarchy of business units, departments and third party vendors that all contribute to a company's compliance and assigns accountability for each area of the particular regulatory requirements.

-- Data Flow: Collection of design requirements, testing procedures, test results and approvals from responsible parties that sign off on the controls in RCM allows organizations to view all the regulatory
initiatives currently in process.

-- Integration: Through integrations with TrustKeeper and AmbironTrustWave's help desk, RCM can decrease the amount of time spent collecting the necessary information required by each regulation.
