Bullzi Rolls Out Security Awareness Course to World Class Security Software Company

(Oct 04, 2007)-- Bullzi Security, provider of converged security solutions, has rolled out its Information Security Awareness Course to a world renowned, international security software company with over 18,000 employees worldwide. Bullzi Security has been selected by one of the largest security software providers in the world for their Information Security Awareness eLearning solution, which is part of their Web-based Information Security Education (WISE) series.

The Bullzi solution was chosen for a variety of reasons after the client conducted a side-by-side comparison of the Bullzi offering with other vendor solutions. One of the key selection factors was how product customizations are performed. With the WISE solution, a course authoring tool, known as Course Creator, allows the Bullzi staff or the client to easily tailor the final product to the client's specific needs. In addition to supporting unlimited product customizations, the Bullzi product was also chosen for its comprehensive security content and advanced multimedia capabilities. By using multimedia, the WISE Security Awareness solution presents a wide array of security topics in a new and engaging way.

The global deployment of security awareness training has a two-fold effect; first and foremost, it helps to educate employees on today's computer-related risks and threats, thereby helping to diminish security incidents and; secondly, it helps the client meet their regulatory obligations regarding security and privacy.

According to Thomas Welch, President and CEO of Bullzi Security, "This new client partnership for Bullzi Security represents another important milestone in our business model. We will continue to focus on Fortune 1000 companies that are bound by regulatory programs, such as Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), Gramm-Leech-Bliley Act (GLBA), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), North American Electric Reliability Council (NERC) CIP Standard, PCI DSS, etc. This roll out embodies a significant, high volume use of our product and will provide us with yet another principal organization in our client portfolio."
