Tizor and Intellitactics Partner to Tackle Data Theft and Compliance Issues

(May 29, 2008)-- Tizor Systems, provider of enterprise database monitoring and protection solutions and Intellitactics, provider of appliances and software for enterprise security information and event management (SIEM), announced a technology alliance to deliver integrated solutions that provide a comprehensive, enterprise-class approach to data security. The partnership was formed to address the market need for integrated enterprise-class solutions that can address major data security challenges such as core-database breach detection, insider threats, data outsourcing risk, and data compliance auditing and reporting. The partnership includes solution integration as well as joint selling, marketing, and customer service efforts.

Database monitoring and protection, sometimes referred to as database activity monitoring (DAM), addresses insider misuse of enterprise data, enforces separation of duties and catches data breaches at core database servers.
