Rohati Strengthens PCI DSS Compliance Expertise With Appointment of Former Visa Sr. Vice President Gretchen McCoy to Strategic Advisory Board
(OCt 22, 2008)-- Rohati Systems announced that it has appointed former Visa Senior Vice President Gretchen McCoy to its Strategic Advisory Board. As a member of Rohati's Strategic Advisory Board, she will advise the company as it continues to evolve its solutions to enable enterprises to quickly and cost-effectively keep pace with ever tightening Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).

Prior to joining Rohati's Strategic Advisory Board, McCoy was Senior Vice President of the Technology Management Division for Visa International, the world's largest payment card services organization. During her 26 years at Visa, McCoy took a lead role in designing and implementing IT solutions for
Visa's strategic global business. Prior to leaving Visa, McCoy led Visa's Global Technical Oversight Committee, managing all aspects of the planning, prioritization, project oversight and portfolio management for over 100 global IT initiatives representing $140+ million in IT investment spend annually. In addition, Gretchen and her team led a strategic alternatives program to bring
down the total cost of ownership of the Global Commercial Card IT infrastructure to support Visa's fastest growing product segment. Over thecourse of her career at Visa, McCoy developed the futuristic Visa SuperSmart card, developed risk control features for payment card magnetic stripes, created the Merchant Help Desk, created the worldwide emergency assistance card replacement program, managed several international business units and the Visa 21 project team - a one-year project that carried Visa into the 21st Century."
