Configuresoft Supports Compliance Efforts for Convergys

(Aprl 03, 2008)-- Configuresoft, announced that Convergys has selected Configuresoft's Enterprise Configuration Manager (ECM) to help manage and maintain compliance with multiple regulatory and industry standards including PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).

By using ECM, Convergys is able to quickly assess and monitor PCI security controls through a continuous process that simplifies compliance. ECM quickly discovers, analyzes and automatically remediates PCI issues such as password policy violations and vulnerable machine configurations. In addition, Configuresoft's Center for Policy & Compliance (CP&C) can ensure that as new PCI guidelines are introduced, Configuresoft will update Convergys.
