Synygy Adherence to Federal Privacy Standards Validated in Independent Third-Party Audit

-- Physical safeguards including facility access, validation controls, and maintenance records documentation
-- Technical safeguards including hosting environment system access, data encryption and decryption, and internal monitoring and audit procedures
-- Organizational requirements including execution of non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements
-- Documentation requirements including establishment and maintenance of written policies and procedures
