Azilon Announces D’Risk 3.0 for Global Markets

(March 20, 2007)--Azilon Corporation, provider of governance, risk and compliance (GRC) software solutions for global enterprises and institutions, has announced the release of D'Risk 3.0, the latest upgraded version of Azilon’s flagship GRC product suite for the global markets.

D'Risk 3.0 has been developed at Azilon’s international centers in Bangalore, India, and in Singapore.D’Risk 3.0 is a unique product suite that combines complex skills and specializations—risk, process, domain, legal, technology—into a unified, process-driven risk identification and auditing framework, thus helping achieve multiple global compliances with regulations relating to operations, financial control, and risk management.

The latest version adds significant value with a new analytics engine and an enhanced pre-loaded, best practices domain module created by experts in multiple industry and service domains.

Of special interest to enterprises with presence in India, D’Risk 3.0 significantly reduces costs of compliance with SEBI's Clause 49 and the US Sarbanes Oxley Act.
