Ronell Managed Services Implements Successful New OSHA Compliant Safety Program, Reducing Workers Compensation Claims by 90 Percent

(Oct 29, 2008)-- Ronell Managed Services, LLC has implemented a successful new OSHA compliant safety program, reducing workers compensation claims by 90 percent. Over the past 10-months Ronell has implemented a three tiered approach to achieve this astounding success.

After evaluating staff procedures, Ronell implemented more rigorous on-the-job safety training, weekly safety meetings, and new procedures for lock out/tag out and monitoring, which are now verified weekly. Next, a new position was created. A Corporate Safety Director was appointed to oversee safety and OSHA compliance on all Ronell customer sites. Finally, Ronell created a partnership with a large safety products company in Philadelphia to keep senior staff abreast of the most modern and innovative supplies and safety equipment for use in the field.

"I made it my mission this year to substantially decrease our workers compensation claims. I analyzed the way we did business, and researched how to put a plan in place to make effective change," explained Ron Globerman, General Partner.
