ManageSoft Ensures Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance for Smurfit Kappa

(Aug 14, 2007)-- ManageSoft, supplier of Continuous IT Compliance solutions for the global enterprise -- is pleased to announce that Smurfit Kappa Group, a world leader in paper-based packaging, has selected ManageSoft Compliance Manager as a critical element of its Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance project. Smurfit Kappa will use ManageSoft modular ITAM products to manage software assets across 20,000 devices, ensure continuous software license compliance, and minimize associated licensing costs.
