Wyndham Chooses Movaris OneClose Suite to Support its Compliance Efforts

(Oct 22, 2007)--Movaris announced that Wyndham Worldwide has chosen the Movaris OneClose Suite to integrate Wyndham's financial close, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and account reconciliation activities. Part of the Movaris Unity platform, the OneClose suite utilizes the Movaris Control Management Framework to ensure that the proper compliance activities are performed by the right people in the right sequence and timeframe.

Wyndham Worldwide will be using Movaris in support of their compliance infrastructure and processes. "We chose Movaris because of its flexibility with respect to the administration of our SOX compliance program and we are also impressed with the financial close and account reconciliation modules," commented Duleep Thomas, General Auditor, Wyndham Worldwide.
