The Steele Foundation Launches New Corporate Due Diligence Tool

(Jan 07, 2007)-- The Steele Foundation, a global provider of strategic investigative, consulting and security solutions, opened the new year by announcing today the launch of Securimate CMS, a new case management system to advance best practices in the execution of due diligence and other routine business investigations in key markets worldwide.

Impacted by today’s increasingly complex governmental regulatory compliance standards and outsourced international business climate, corporations are required to manage numerous and diverse due diligence investigations in regions around the world. Securimate CMS, a new proprietary software solution developed by The Steele Foundation, provides a web-based tool for assigning, tracking and aggregating caseloads for maximum results and cost-effectiveness in the field.

“We’ve been an industry leader in conducting the full range of business investigations for Fortune 500 companies for many years,” said Greg Pearson, chief operating officer at The Steele Foundation. “What we’ve heard over time -- and particularly in light of financial liability associated with legislation such as the Federal Corrupt Practices Act, the USA Patriot Act and Sarbanes-Oxley -- is that stake-holders want consistency and quality in their compliance programs. Securimate provides that.”

Securimate is a secure web-based portal that offers companies a fully integrated interface to order, monitor, analyze and share data about due diligence investigations ranging in complexity from a basic database check to an extensive field investigation utilizing local resources on the ground across the world. Companies are able to manage multiple investigation providers and have total visibility of enterprise-wide investigative activity through a single dashboard interface.
