www.tahoebonanza.com

Unless otherwise directed by a patient, The Children's Cabinet at Incline Village Family Health Clinic will be transferring all patient records to Nevada Health Centers, Inc., a federally qualified community health center, on Monday, Oct. 1. Per HIPAA, Nevada Health Centers will continue to maintain the privacy of all personal medical information.

Nevada Health Centers is a nonprofit organization and has the capacity to continue all of the existing health services that Children's Cabinet at Incline Village has been providing, but will provide additional benefits as well. Nevada Health Centers is structured so that it can accept insurances, Medicaid, and Medicare, which will help to ensure its sustainability. Just like Children's Cabinet at Incline Village, the Nevada Health Centers offers a sliding fee program for uninsured patients with charges based on income. Their mission is to provide quality health care throughout Nevada and to this end they operate more than 30 medical, dental centers and other health-related programs throughout the entire state.
