Attorney offers review of mental health panel

In an independent investigation prompted by the Monroe County Board of Commissioners, attorney Peter Cohl concluded that the board of the Community Mental Health Authority, as well as its management, did fail to do their jobs correctly.

Mr. Cohl presented the results of a four-month investigation Monday night at a special board meeting and offered suggestions the board of commissioners and the CMHA should apply to get back on track
