The Press-Gazette sent an e-mail on Monday to the 16 supervisors whose addresses were available on the county's Web site asking if they receive the medical and dental benefits. The newspaper called the other 10 supervisors Tuesday.

Attorney Fred Mohr, who was hired by the board last week, notified 16 supervisors by e-mail that Zima "feels by providing the information to the Press-Gazette, you would by process of elimination disclose protected information."
