www.thestandard.com

Kryptiq, a healthcare information technology company, has patented its method of encrypting and transferring data so electronic messages are secure. According to a company press release, the patent covers the company's method of encrypting data so that machines hosting the messages do not have access to private data. Rather, only the sender and receiver have access. Kryptiq's method is helpful when medical staff need to communicate electronically about patients, or when doctors need to communicate with patients.
