Schools keen to step ahead for H1N1 vaccinations

The Health and School departments are trying to assess how many parents would be interested in having their school-aged children participate in H1N1 flu vaccination clinics at the Ipswich High and Middle School complex. A letter was sent home from school on Wednesday, Oct. 28 that asked parents to review vaccine information on the injectible flu shot or nasal spray H1N1 influenza vaccine that may be offered, and to complete the 2009 H1N1 flu vaccine consent form and return it to school nurses by Nov. 6.
