With 20 years of industry experience, Bill Canning is a program manager in the Solutions for Security and Compliance group at Microsoft, which is responsible for providing solution guidance on the hot issues in security and compliance. Bill focuses on regulatory compliance and IT control issues relevant to IT managers. Before joining Microsoft, he was a senior manager for Ernst & Young LLP, working with information security and IT controls. Bill is a MBA specializing in information systems, and a CISSP.

Ross Carter is a program manager in the Solutions for Security and Compliance group at Microsoft, which is responsible for providing solution guidance for the hot issues in security and compliance. Ross has worked for Microsoft since 1999, working with security and networking products and technologies such as IPsec, Wi-Fi (802.11), Microsoft Office Live Communications Server, network interoperability, and Quality of Cervice (QoS). Ross has more than 17 years of industry experience, and he holds a master degree in science specializing in telecommunications.
