Cal-OSHA Issues Several Citations After Deadly North Valley Diving Accident

Tim Crawford and Martin Alvarado died in February while performing underwater maintenance at an aqueduct near Los Banos.A preliminary investigation revealed the men had been swept into a pump operating at the aqueduct. Cal-OSHA issued seven citations on Wednesday to the victim's employer, the Department of Water Resources.
