Guatemalan immigrant Elsido Rene Orozco Gomez died on June 16 at the factory located in the Gluckstadt industrial park east of I-55.De Beukelaer CEO Dale Currie said the company has not formally met with OSHA to discuss the proposed citations.

He expects the meeting to be Friday. The company has no plans to issue a formal statement before that meeting, he said.
