OSHA reports detail Monte Carlo fire complaints in 2007

Six days after this fire broke out at the Monte Carlo, the hotel remains closed. Investigators are still trying to pinpoint what caused the blaze. You may remember, earlier this week we showed you some of the inspection reports regarding the Monte Carlo. These reports were done before the fire, but they did show as recently as December the property was written up for obstructing fire doors and emergency exits.The News 3 Investigators are finding those fire door violations have been a frequent problem over the past few years.
