Production at Luvata plants here and in Appleton resumed Thursday after the electrocution of an employee. But the operations won't really return to normal for a while. Appleton attorney Greg Gill, spokesman for the copper-wire component manufacturer, said investigations continue into the death of Dean Effa. Effa, 43, died Wednesday after a 3 a.m. accident at the Kimberly plant, 553 Carter Court. An autopsy showed he died of electrocution, Outagamie County Coroner Ruth Wulgaert said Thursday in a press release.
