Company Challenges OSHA Fines

kaaltv.com

56-year-old Kenneth Sterling of Austin died in February when he was pinned between a piece of equipment and a ceiling beam at the Absolute Energy Plant near Lyle.

The Iowa Occupational Safety and Health Administration cited Fagen Construction, the general contractor on the project, for three safety violations.
