St. Louis stimulus construction sites to be inspected by OSHA

A program in eastern Missouri aiming at reducing workplace hazards on construction projects funded by the stimulus has been launched by the St. Louis office of the U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Through increased awareness and enforcement activities, OSHA’s goal is to reduce employee exposures to hazards on construction sites receiving American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funding.
