Truck Accident Badly Injured a Man

Resurfacing work on Old Adobe Road near Penngrove resumed Friday afternoon after a safety meeting called to prevent a repeat of the kind of accident that left a man seriously injured , a Sonoma County official said. Cal-OSHA required the extra worker safety session after halting road work Thursday afternoon in the wake of an incident. At 1:15 p.m. a traffic supervisor walked behind a dump truck and was struck, officials said.
